Kodiac is, quite simply, a stallion phenomenon.

​

A son of Danehill and a half-brother to Invincible Spirit, he is a world record-breaking sire of 2yos. He holds the record for most 2yo winners in a single season and is the sire of more than 200 Stakes performers worldwide and counting....

 

His progeny include current star 2yo BABOUCHE, the Group 1-winning fillies Campanelle, Fairyland and Tiggy Wiggy along with triple Group 1 winner Best Solution, crack sprinter Hello Youmzain and our very own GOOD GUESS, the wide-margin winner of the Prix Jean Prat.

Good Guess contributed to another outstanding season for KODIAC in 2023, one that also featured the Gr.2 Lowther Stakes winner RELIEF RALLY alongside Juddmonte's high-class filly ZARINSK.

And there has been more of the same in 2024 with the likes of top 2yo BABOUCHE, winner of the G1 Phoenix Stakes, and sprinter STAR OF MYSTERY among his leading performers of the year so far.

Kodiac is also now well regarded as a leading sire of sires with sons such as Ardad, Kodi Bear, Prince Or Lir and  Coulsty each represented by Group 1 horses out of their first crops.

Year after year, the progeny of Kodiac can be found gracing the winners enclosures of stakes races all over the world, and with many of his sons now producing the goods at stud in their own right, his legacy looks sure  to continue and strengthen for years to come.
