Inns Of Court received another vote of confidence on Thursday when represented by a first-crop colt who sold for €85,000.
The second highest price of the first session of the inaugural Arqana September Sale, the colt was sold by Haras de Grandcamp and knocked down to Johnny Hassett of The Bloodstock Connection, signing as Get In The Game.
“He’s a magnificent colt who comes from a good stud," said Hassett. "I’m very pleased with this purchase. It’s possible that he might come back to Deauville for the Breeze-Up next May, but nothing is decided yet.”
The colt (pictured below) was bred by J-C Ollivier out of Pink Perpetue, a Motivator half-sister to Listed scorer Pink Gin.
He continues a good sales season for Inns Of Court, whose first crop also includes a £125,000 colt out of Key To Power sold at the Goffs UK Premier Sale in Doncaster.
