Many congratulations to Middleham Park Racing and Richard Fahey on the achievement of The Platinum Queen being crowned the Racehorse Owners Association's Outstanding Juvenile of 2022.
By Cotai Glory and bred by us out of the Kodiac mare Thrilled, The Platinum Queen was sold by us at the Tattersalls Guineas Breeze-Up Sale. She became a tribute to connections, with her season culminating with a victory against older horses in the Group 1 Prix de l'Abbaye at Longchamp. In all, she won four of eight starts and was also a short head second in the Group 2 Flying Childers Stakes.
She was subsequently sold for 1,200,000gns to Katsumi Yoshida at the Tattersalls December Mares Sale.
Cotai Glory stands for €12,500.
