G3 success for Tally-Ho bred/breezer The Strikin Viking

Tally-Ho bred The Strikin Viking, a graduate of our breeze-up arm, returned to the winners circle in style on Sunday when successful in the Group 3 155th Casino Baden-Baden Goldene Peitsche.

Always prominent under Faleh Bughanaim, the Inns Of Court 3yo took it up entering the final furlong and was always holding the runner-up War Bride for a three-quarter of a length score.

The Strikin Viking was a 65,000gns purchase at the 2024 Tattersalls Guineas Breeze-Up Sale from us by Middleham Park Racing and Kevin Ryan, for whom he won first time out at York. He was subsequently bought by Wathnan Racing, in whose colours he has been stakes-placed on several occasions.

A Persian Force half-brother to The Strikin Viking, out of Asmeen (Shamardal), will be offered by us at Book 2 of the Tattersalls October Sale.
