The Aidan O'Brien-trained son of No Nay Never defied top weight in the colours of Michael Tabor, Derrick Smith, Mrs John Magnier and Westerberg to run out the length-and-a-half winner over Past Time, trained by Michael O'Callaghan, and maintain his unbeaten record.
Later on the card, the Garvan Donnelly-trained Earls landed the Kessaar Handicap, coming home well under Wayne Lordan to win the 5f event by a length-and-a-half. The Dream Ahead gelding was winning for the fourth time.
