A good week for Starman continued on Saturday as the Tally-Ho bred Flowerhead scored in maiden company at Chepstow for Amo Racing and Charlie Clover.
The filly had previously run a good second on her debut at Wolverhampton and stepped up on that at Chepstow with a taking display to win by two-and-a-half lengths
Flowerhead joins Star Material as a new winner this week for Starman, whose first crop is headed by the unbeaten Group 3-winning filly Lady Iman.
A graduate of this year's Tattersalls Craven Sale, the filly also continues the good run of Tally-Ho breezers on the track this season. Only on Friday, graduate Maximized (Mehmas) made it two from two for Godolphin in the Woodcote Stakes at Epsom. The stakes-placed First Legion (Mehmas) and debut winner Gold Digger, another exciting daughter of Starman, have also flown the flag to good effect.
