Another win for tough Inns Of Court filly

Tough Inns Of Court filly Gray's Inn added another win to her record on Friday evening when scoring in nursery company at Chester.

Now trained by Jack Channon on behalf of SYPS (UK) Ltd, having previously won for Ollie Pears, Gray's Inn had enough pace to squeeze through a tight gap on the inner and although headed halfway up the straight, she battled back to win cosily with another 12 lengths back to the third.

Gray's Inn was bred by Rathasker Stud out of Syamantaka, a Clodovil half-sister to Group 2 winner Diamilina and the high-class miler Diamond Green.

She is one of nine winners so far from the first crop of Inns Of Court - other performers include the Listed-placed Gaenari as well as £28,000 earner Innvincible Friend.
