Tally-Ho graduates run one-two in the Prix Zeddaan

Honey Sweet captured the Listed Prix Zeddaan at Deauville on Tuesday to lead home a one-two for Tally-Ho graduates.

A daughter of Tally-Ho breezer Adaay (by Kodiac), the Karl Burke-trained filly had previously held her own in Group 3 company and so was gaining a deserved stakes breakthrough when successful on Tuesday. Always prominent under Cristian Demuro, she held off the challenge of the persistent Hellomydarlin - a daughter of Galileo Gold bred by Tally-Ho Stud - to win by a length-and-a-quarter. Both carry the colours of Nick Bradley Racing.

Honey Sweet was bred by Jean Brennan and pinhooked by us out of the Goffs February Sale. She was later resold at Tattersalls October Book 2 to Karl Burke and Nick Bradley.

"It was worth coming to the races!" Bradley told JDG. "Everything went really well because our fillies loved the ground. Best of all, they both now have black-type. Both fillies could return for the Prix Herod (L)."
