Leading sire honours for Kodiac and €100,000 colt for Mehmas at successful Fairyhouse Sale

We were delighted to see Kodiac end the Tattersalls Ireland September Sale as the auction's leading sire.

Our stalwart was represented by 17 yearlings who between them sold for a total of €545,000.

Inns Of Court, fresh off a Listed victory courtesy of Megarry, also enjoyed a successful sale as the sire of 12 yearlings sold for a total of €393,000.

They included our filly out of Ball Girl, who sold for €72,000 to Outsider Bloodstock, Lodge Park Stud's colt out of Coolnagree, who sold for €70,000 to Clive Cox, and Railstown Stud's colt out of Coincidently, who sold for €50,000 to Ger Lyons.

Mehmas' draft was headlined by two high-profile lots - a €100,000 colt out of Empress Ella from Railstown Stud (pictured below) who was snapped up by Highflyer Bloodstock and our €80,000 colt out of Lady Mega who was bought by Joey Logan.

Cotai Glory was also responsible for a pair of €50,000 youngsters in colts out of Sister Anne and Fictitious, who were sold to Brownsbarn Thoroughbreds/Moores Racing and Aidan O'Ryan/Richard Fahey respectively.

Many thanks to everyone who supported our draft and we look forward to seeing them on the track!
